Who is responsible

Venuewire is an early-stage project and is not yet a registered company. Questions about your data, or requests to access, correct or delete it: sales@venuewire.tech.

Contact sales requests

When you send the contact form we store:

• your work email, company or product name, the exchange you need and, if you provide it, what you are building;
• which button opened the form, the version of this page and the time the request was received (UTC);
• campaign parameters from the link you followed (for example utm_source), only if you allowed analytics.

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible paid pilot. We do not store your IP address or the anti-spam token with your request. Please do not send API keys, credentials or confidential trading data through the form.

Requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that only the operator can access. Retention: we keep your request only as long as needed to respond to it and to discuss a possible pilot, and delete it earlier if you ask us to. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your request using the contact above.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads when you open the form. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated abuse. It is not used for advertising. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.

Analytics (optional)

If — and only if — you choose Accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and the steps towards a contact request (for example, opening the form or selecting a workflow). Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation stay disabled.

• Cookies set after consent: _ga and _ga_<ID>, used to distinguish visits.
• We never send the contents of the form, your email, company, exchange name or request ID to Google Analytics.
• If you choose Reject, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics requests are sent. The form works the same either way.

Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time with Privacy settings at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent stops analytics and deletes the Google Analytics cookies this site can access. Hosting

This website and its form endpoint run on Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We will update this page when the way the site processes data changes, and adjust the date at the top.
